Summary on Grant Application Form
This diverse network aims to progressively link and develop all tissue engineering (TE) activities and laboratories in the UK through ACTIVE promotion of information exchange, student exchange and collaboration. Based in UCL, it will link across major interdisciplinary interfaces by working in conjunction with 4 UK regional specialists and industry. A network administrator will help organise etc. together with members in each region. 1. All groups will be informed about and put into contact with TE groups and activities in other disciplines, throughout the UK. 2. Networking support data bases will be complied and disseminated. 3. Neetworking support will be organised regularly at local, regional and national levels with active European and international linkage. 4. Enlargement and development of will progress over 3 year period, including industrial linkages to support routes for continuing funding.
