The main purpose of the proposed Bath-Cambridge-Kent-Met Office collaborative project is to advance the study of algorithms for the computational solution of partial differential equations with important applications, through the incorporation of qualitative techniques into the algorithm.This proposal is for a project studentship to form part of a network comprising a PDRA at Cambridge and project students at Bath and Kent.
