Summary on Grant Application Form
The aim of the project is to contribute to research into Intelligent Sensing Systems. Specifically, the project will develop the control and estimation algorithms required to make a Michelson Interferometer into an On-line Sensor for process measurements. The research will use Near Infrared Technology to provide a full spectrum method for On-line Industrial Infrared Sensing of moisture, protein content etc in a non-contact, continuous measurement.
