To determine the structure of the finite-dimensional irreducible representations of Yangians and quantum affine algebras, using the following general strategy:i) determine the structure of the minimal representations (please see Case for support);ii) determine the extent to which arbitrary representation can be obtained from minimal ones by taking tensor products, sub and quotient representations;iii) find a quantum analogue of the classical Weyl character formula.
