This project intends to develop a bandwidth allocation scheme based on the use of network management agent to control the injection of packets into a network through enhancements to the protocol stack. As part of the LINK programme, the commercial relevance of this work will be insured by an initial analysis of the scheme applicability for evaluation of the prototype.
