Summary on Grant Application Form
Manufacture of small devices know as micosystems is highly dependent on the electrodeposition process. Such systems underpin the massive growth in the Information and Communications Industry and are imbedded in devices such as mobile phones, PDA's etc. This highly multi-disciplinary research proposal will produce numerical models that can greatly help the microsystems industry optimise the delectrodeposition process.
