|
This travel grant will enable the development of a Specific Targetted Research Project under the EU FP6 Information Society Technology (IST) programme. The project will investigate the organizational impacts of computer-mediated communication technologies in public administration and e-govemment.Our project has three main objectives:1. to examine the impacts of CIVIC technologies on transformations in public administration and highlight best practices2. to create simulation models to understand where such current changes are leading;3. to suggest policy interventions to improve and accelerate CMCT implementation and use in public administration.
