|
The network will aim to review current activities and future challenges and opportunities for carbohydrate chemistry, defined in the broadest sense, and to co-ordinate, support and encourage the development of an interdisciplinary UK-base in chemical glycobiology. Providing a discussion forum to encourage the establishment of new links and collaborative research programmes involving synthetic chemistry, structural, biochemical and genomic aspects of glycobiology will be a specific objective.
