|
EPSRC has invited the University of Warwick to bid for an Innovative Manufacturing Research Centre. This will commence on the 1 October 2001. In agreement with EPSRC new research proposals have either not been submitted since March 2001, or in the case of the UK Lean Aerospace Initiative proposal it has been submitted but is not being assessed.This proposal seeks interim funding for 4 key RAs who have been working on projects which will terminate between 1 July and 30 September 2001. These RAs will be central to new projects which will be undertaken within the Centre from 1 October. Two of the RAs are working on the UK Lean Aerospace Initiative.
