Summary on Grant Application Form
The main aims of this project are to grow by plasma assisted molecular beam epitaxy As-doped GaN low dimensional structures giving strong blue luminescence at room temperature and to understand the origin of the blue luminescence in As-doped GaN layers and low dimensional structures by comparing the structural properties with the optical and phonon relaxation processes.
