Summary on Grant Application Form
The establishment of a Green Chemistry Research Network (GCRN) will provide an ideal opportunity to bring together the various groups and organisations with interests and expertise relevant to Green chemistry so as to enhance the rate of progress and technology transfer. The new Network will be complimentary to and benefit from the RSC Green Chemistry Network. The key areas for the GCRN are Clean Synthesis and Engineering and Alternative Reaction Media and these subgroups will hold annual workshops which will bring together chemists and engineers, and industrialists and academics. Additionally the GCRN activities will involve electronic communications and promotion, exchange visits, videoconferences and a newsletter.
