Summary on Grant Application Form
The programme will provide in-company education and training, at Masters level, in reliability engineering and risk management. Four modules will be developed as a package to focus on reliability achievement in product design and manufacture. Modules will be presented in-company to jointly train a cadre in each organisation or to train a group of engineers from companies in a supply chain. The objective is to provide organisations with a step change improvement in their ability to deliver reliable products and enable the whole organisation to participate more effectively in the management of risk at the design stage. The programme will disseminate best practice across business sectors and provide opportunities to attain formal qualifications and recognition of performance achievement.
