The course is designed to meet industry's requirements for students entering research or process development departments and to equip them with the appropriate tools and knowledge to enable them to make an immediate positive impact on the development of clean environmentally benign products and processes. Our objectives are: To equip students with the latest tools, techniques & knowledge available for the development of clean chemical products and processes. To provide students with the opportunity for solving real industrial problems, which will lead to wider environmental benefits. This will be achieved via an extended research project. To illustrate & demonstrate the value of the mufti-disciplinary team approach to solving clean technology problems and to equip students with the requisites to become members of such teams
