Summary on Grant Application Form
We will run a symposium in stochastic partial differential equations and related topics throughout the year. It will include short preliminary meetings on specific topics particularly during the first half of the year, not all in Warwick, and two workshops (in March/April and July). The subject areas that we will cover will include:Computational s.p.d.e., basic analytical questions of existence, uniqueness, approximation and regularity, qualitative behaviour stochastic partial differential equations arising from physical, biological and financial systems, invariant measures for such infinite dimensional systems and their ergodic theory, homogenisation, related analysis of deterministic p.d.e. via stochastic analysis, more general stochastic evolution equations.
