Summary on Grant Application Form
The main aim of this project is to extand very sucessful techniques which have recently been developed for the identification of multivariable linear systems, to bilinear systems. In addtition to advancing the theory, the project will embody these advances in software suitable for the non-specialist. It will also implement some already known algorithms in software, since this has not yet been done, and since this will result in an integrated facility to allow subspace and parametric methods to be used together.
