We propose to follow our measurements of vortex mutual friction in 3He-B with measurement in the A-phase, including a systematic study of the history dependent textures that we have encountered; the transverse force in He-A should give information on the controversial topic of intrinsic angular momentum. In NMR experiments on dipole-unlocked 3He-A we shall both investigate further resonances that are not understood and search for new modes that are predicted. Simultaneous NMR and torsional oscillator measurements will be made on superfluid 3He in Aerogel. When submicron orifices have been manufactured at Southampton we shall study superflow through them. We also intend to measure the anomalous viscous surface impedance of 3He-B in the long mean free path regime.
