To establish principles, an architecture and an implementation for the delegation and acquisition of authority in an environment of multiple administrative domains. Progress:In the first months and a half, we have begun to examine security products and APIs which might form the lowest layers of an implementation. We are also inventing scenarios with which we would like the system to deal.
