To devise a Finite Element model of the ECM process, that incorporates for a variety of component shapes typical of the Aerospace industry:1) a moving boundary methodology that simulates both tool and work movement within a finite time step followed by remeshing2) a methodology for model simulation3) an accuracy to within 0.05 mm
