To develop large-signal modelling and design techniques for mm-wave monolithic circuits, including power amplifiers, oscillators and mixers.To achieve accurate performance predictions, increased levels of integration and to develop physical and equivalent circuit models suitable for CAD.To design a fully monolithic transmitter/receiver subsystem to operate at 38GHz, based on a new commercial pHEMT technology.
