Summary on Grant Application Form |
We intend further investigations of the fundamental physics and applications of high temperature superconductors and related materials through experiments and theory. Experimental techniques to be employed include bulk and thin film sample preparation, characterisation, single crystal growth, neutron scattering, NMR, laser ablation and glass ceramics. The theoretical effort will concentrate on models describing both the superconducting and normal state of high temperature superconductors and strongly correlated systems.
