To develop large-signal modelling and design techniques for mm-wave monolithic circuits including power amplifiers, oscillators and mixers.To design a fully monolithic transmitter-receiver sub-system, for operation at 38GHz, based on new, commercial pHEMT technology.To achieve accurate performance predictions, increased levels of integration and develop physical and equivalent circuit models suitable for CAD.
