Summary on Grant Application Form
The objective of this programme is to develop numerical calculations of interacting electron state in realistic quantum dot structures and to compare calculations of the physical properties of quantum dots with experimental data. Initially calculations of electron states will be applied to interpret features in charge and transport spectra. Following this the existing software will be developed to enable calculations of the detailed form of the spectra and experimental data will be analysed.
