Summary on Grant Application Form
The main objective of the millimeter-wave noise characterisation project is to accurately measure the noise figure of pHEMT devices and circuits at W-band (75-110GHz), by developing new on-wafer probing techniques. The second objective is to develop both physical and equivalent circuit models capable of accurately predicting the noise figure of pHEMT devices above 75GHz.
