Summary on Grant Application Form
(i) To synthesise novel homochiral phosphido of transition and main-group metals.(ii) To investigate the reactivity of phosphido complexes towards prochiral organic substrates. Specially, carbonyls, RR'C=O(R,R' = H. alkyl, OR, NR2), imines chiral phosphines which are a highly desirable class of ligand in metal-medicated asymmetric syntheses.
