To manufacture arrays of microelectrodes with sub-mm dimensions using laser beam interference.To manufacture nm sized recessed microelectrodes by electroplating gold in the pores of anodic films of alumina.To compare the electrochemical activity of these elctrodes with those manufactured by direct beam lithography.
