Panel History:
Summary on Grant Application Form
Continuation of the growth by MOVPE of antimonide based systems, concentrating on InGaSb/GaSb, InAs/GaSb, InGaSb/InAs superlattices on [100] and [111] substrates. Further investigation of both semi-metallic and semi-conducting samples in InAs/GaSb and InGaSb/InAs. Development of lithographic/ fabrication techniques and examination of quantum dots, quantum wires in these systems. Further work on use of antimonide based materials for use as 2 - 10 mm detectors and emitters.
