To research into, develop and optimise high precision interferometric imaging techniques within the laboratory. To adapt these techniques for operation with an ophthalmoscope and assess the most promising in terms of data collection rate, image quality and required optical power levels.To apply the new instruments to the study of the internal structure of eye simulators and specimen eyes.
