|
Newcastle University has experience using case study based learning material to explore issues of sustainability and demonstrate best practice solutions across a range of industries and situations. This project is designed to use this knowledge as a seed, which can then be grown through other organisations, benefiting from their input.The proposal is to set up a network of partners: educational; industrial; community, with whom we will work to develop their capability to engage with their own communities and develop learning materials relevant to themselves. University personnel will guide and mentor the partners, developing materials and running workshops in their areas of interest. This will create a cascade effect where knowledge and skills can be effectively spread to wider audiences.
