Therefore by judicious use of INTERACT funding we wish to develop links between the UK Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics (AMO) community and their counterparts in India. As a first stage we therefore wish to arrange a visit to India to tour their major AMO centres and National facilities and meet the Indian AMO community at one of their National meetings to discuss a joint research programme.
