|
This proposal calls for the consolidation of the computer networking research community in the UK. The next generation of networking research has challenges which are best met by a community approach, and we hope to foster this community through the establishment of an EPSRC network in this area. We are calling for the continuation and sponsorship of the successful Coseners Multi-Service Network Workshop, associating a short Summer School with the event and the support of individual programmes such as the Programmable Networks programme. Outreach will be further helped through the development of a quarterly newsletter and an associated website to hold the proceedings of Coseners and other events.
