Summary on Grant Application Form |
Describe the proposed research using (about 200) words geared to the non-specialist reader. This study will qualify and quantify effects of changing roles and role relationships within specific business contexts that are characteristic of collaborator concerns. Research findings will inform the development of a new approach to organisation design and change comprising a consistent set of organisational design concepts and related modelling methods and constructs. The developed approach will provide a rational basis for effective and timely attribution of human roles amongst collaborating individuals, teams of people, departments and companies, to elemental building blocks of business processes and their derivative product and service flows.
