Summary on Grant Application Form |
The funding requested is to allow Dr Carpenter to travel to the USA for two weeks at the start of June 2002. The aim of this travel is to allow him to contribute to the development of a well found Rosetta language which can be used for system level design. The trip will enable him to contribute to a week-long meeting at the University of Kansas attended by the main developers of Rosetta. It will also allow him to attend the Design Automation Conference (DAC) giving the opportunity to see first-hand the latest versions of the design tools with which Rosetta must interact.
