SummaryDescribe the proposed research in about 200 words.Funding will be used to support participants in+ sustained and active involvement in a working group or research group which is part of one of the international standardisation and co-ordination bodies+ development of significant material e.g. papers in a standard bodys document process, or reference implementations, and+ normally, the technology or standards developed will be relevant to UK e-Science or the future development of Grid technology in a wider range of applications.To achieve this each participant will normally attend meetings of the standards body or the associated working or research group. It may be the case that the participant will also organise some local meetings to prepare for a new working group.
