Summary on Grant Application Form |
We will continue to provide a data collection or full structure determination service to eligible users from the UK Chemistry community, specialising in work on small crystals, difficult specimens, variable temperature and atmosphere studies and high resolution collections for charge density studies. We will continue to develop new ideas applicable to the general area of X-ray crystal structure determination, to support ongoing research of our users in the chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical and materials sciences. We will maintain close contact with other research groups active in relevant areas of software development, and equipment manufacturers engaged in development of new technologies for data .
