The aim of this proposal is to develop a network which brings together software engineers and leading experts in relevant fields to better understand the relationships between software systems and the environment in which they operate, in order to develop new forms of software representations and structure which will facilitate faster, cheaper and more appropriate software systems for businesses which operate in a dynamic, fast-changing operating environment.
