Commission the Ge2 and Ge6 arrays followed by immediate exploitation using tagged photon beams at Mainz and Lund. The focus of the work will be on making high resolution, precision measurements of nuclear halos, studies of short range correlations and investigations of nuclear medium effects. Complementary measurements on nucleons and the lightest nucleus helium-3 will be made using CLAS at Jefferson.
