Summary on Grant Application Form |
Funding is sought to support and develop the MSc course in Management Science and Operational Research (MSOR). The existing course is described more fully below. It has an impressive record of employment for its graduates, due to its direct relevance to many employers. We currently receive 18 EPSRC studentships, which are awarded to strong students from the UK and other EU countries. We are therefore seeking funding to continue a similar level of financial support to our students, as many of the most able students would be unable to take the course without such support. In addition, we have a number of proposals to continue our on-going development of the course, concerning updating content and innovative modes of delivery. These are described further below, with outline costings, and we seek funding to support them.
