Summary on Grant Application Form |
The creative digital media industry is highly fragmented. The exchange of ideas and information at a national level is essential. Digital media practitioners, and other interested parties, ought to work together to create a forum for creative and business exchange between individuals, companies, and researchers . (Report of InterAction 2, DTI/OST-sponsored analysis and planning meeting for UK Creative Media Sector)This project addresses the above issues by continuing to setup a new organisation, InterAction UK, which will form a network of networks, aiming to unite the UK Creative Media sector. The proposal is to fund the short term employment of two experimental arts administrator/researcher/practitioners to see through the initial stages.
