|
We will investigate the deposition and subsequent polymerisation of polymerisable emulsion drops onto solid surfaces. The use of monodisperse drops and mixtures of polymerisable drops with either non-polymerisable liquid drops or solid particles is expected to yield polymer coatings with novel architectures, controllable on a micron length scale.
