Summary on Grant Application Form |
We wish to capitalise on recent synthetic advances to explore the potential of a variety of new heterocyclic ring systems in the synthesis of new transition metal metallocenes for alkene polymerisation reactions, and to examine the potential of Group 13 and 14 Main Group element compounds containing the aromatic triphospholyl and diphospholyl anions as single sources of thin films of the corresponding semi-conducting phosphides for use as electronic materials.
