Summary on Grant Application Form |
The project will assess different simulation techniques and their application within the fields of process and modelling and system assessment. It will interface process model design tools to various methods of simulation, and then use these tools to illustrate the simulation of 'real life' process models. These demonstrations will be used to evaluate the usefulness of simulation at various stages within the process modelling methodology' a new case study in Community Healthcare will be developed to determine the effectiveness of this type of process simulation in the management of dispersed multidisciplinary care teams.Key Words: Simulation, process models, performance management
