Summary on Grant Application Form |
The aim of this proposal is to employ an RA for two years to work on developing the ideas of complex ray theory so that it can be applied in practical wave scattering situations where the exponentially small effects are vitally important. The implications of exponential asymptotics for other mathematical models in applied science will also be investigated.
