Applications reported by both academic and industry will be collected, and cross-case analysis performed. Three information rich cases will be detailed and documented. To use as a reference model, a fully operational simulation model of a real construction application is to be developed. Specifications for new modelling constructs will also be defined. Finally, through a programme of company visits and a workshop, peer industrialists views on computer simulation are to be collated and assessed.
