Summary on Grant Application Form |
Parametric population models are now recognised as an integral part of the drug development process. These models explicitly model within and between individual variability in drug concentrations and responses using known parametric forms. The aim of this research is to develop suitable Bayesian nonparametric methods. The research will depend on the application of the Dirichlet process and Polya tree distributions.
