Summary on Grant Application Form |
The Case herein is presented in combination with an application for a Senior research Fellowship and the costs involved in instrument building can not be included therein; neither can additional manpower. This proposal outlines how the additional costs are derived since innovative instrument development can not be carried out without funding. The overall program is to design, build and test variable sample environments for use on laboratory based X-ray diffraction equipment for applications in chemistry, biochemistry and material science. The work requires consolidated time periods, minimum investment on hardware and the support of a PDRA is requested herein.
