Summary on Grant Application Form |
The Interim Report of the joint government/Industry review of procurement and contractual arrangement in the UK Construction Industry headed by Sir Michael Lotham suggest multi attribute contractor selection. Incidentally a new methodology being developed by the applicant seems to meet the aspirations of the review panel with a 3-stage approach to contractor selection. The research herein proposed seeks to validate this methodology and will shed more light on the nature, importance and interdependencies between the contractor selection variables.
