|
The isomerization of the acetylenic alcohol's into cyclic carbene complexes is to be investigated; catalytic varients of this reaction will be investigated via interception of the carbene complexes with a variety of reagents / functional groups. The feasibility of effecting kinetic resolution of racemic acetylenic acetylenic alcohl's will also be investigated.
