Summary on Grant Application Form |
1.To develop techniques for low energy CID of muliply-charged ions of mass greater than 2000 Daltons generated by ESI in a triple quadrupole instrument to maximise structural information at high sensitivity.2.To improve the instrumentation and develop it for use for ion chromatography experiments in collaboration with VG Bio Tech.3.To use these techniques to obtain structural information on peptides, oligosaccharides, toxins, and investigate structures of other biological molecules in collaboration with other groups.
