1. Computer modelling of existing wide band compact range with pulsed excitation.2. Design and construction of pulsed field probes.3. Development of pulsed feed systems for compact range antenna.4. Design of new broad band antenna elements for pulsed radiation.5. Test the final range in a variety of EMC scenarios.Progress:The project is in a start-up phase. Designs for very broad band antenna array elements are being evaluated. Time-domain field computation software has been acquired, both finite-difference and method of moments. Experience is being gained in the use of such software on massively parallel processors, computational power of this order being desirable for a detailed model.
