Summary on Grant Application Form |
The purpose of this project is to determine the pressures which occur on circular silo walls during eccentric discharge and to deduce the implications of these pressures for the strength of the silo. The ultimate goal is to develop a rational design procedure for eccentrically discharged storage structures.
